1) The listed prices are intended for goods ex-works at our facility and are considered fully accepted by the Customer upon order confirmation.
2) Packaging will be charged at cost, with the right of return by the Customer and therefore refunded.
3) Dimensions and weights are indicative and are not to be considered legally binding. Pre-Nova 76 SRL reserves the right to make any modifications in order to improve the product, without prior notice. All drawings, photocopies and offers are the property of Pre-Nova 76 SRL. Any reproduction, without written authorization from Pre-Nova, is prohibited and punishable under applicable law.
4) Delivery: goods are transported at the risk and peril of the Customer, even when agreed carriage paid to destination. In the event that the agreed delivery terms cannot be met due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Pre-Nova 76 SRL undertakes to promptly communicate any changes.
5) Complaints are valid only if communicated within eight days from the date of delivery of the goods.
6) For all effects of the sales contract and for any disputes, the jurisdiction of the Court of Belluno shall be recognized.
