Laboratory tests

Prenova 76 has always carried out laboratory tests on its own products.

In recent years, this work has enabled us to improve the quality of our products and, in particular, to keep the strength of the concrete we produce under control.

Furthermore, with the introduction of CE marking on its products, the laboratory testing aspect has been strengthened. The company has in fact invested in the creation of an internal laboratory, equipping it with state-of-the-art technological equipment.

In addition to the numerous internal tests we carry out carefully and according to well-defined schedules, Prenova 76 also subjects its products to specific tests in certified laboratories.

Examples of tests carried out directly on the products:

Pipes

Compression tests, hydraulic tightness tests, and studies on resistance to chemical agents have been carried out on pipes. In addition, we are following a university research project, ongoing for over 5 years, focused on the resistance of pipes to chemical attack.

Manholes

On manholes and extensions, compression tests, water absorption tests, and resistance tests to first-class loads have been carried out.

Slabs

On slabs and covers, compression tests, water absorption tests, and resistance tests to first-class loads have been carried out.

In addition to the examples of tests listed above, Prenova 76 also carries out many other tests on different types of products.

Prenova 76 is also able to provide design studies for its products, structural calculations, etc., as it relies on highly experienced and qualified consultants.
